1. Clean

Before use, thoroughly clean your hands and the area of skin with soap and water, carefully dry them, then disinfect the area with the enclosed alcohol wipe.

2. Roughen the surface

Abrade the entire affected area with the included skin file. This step is crucial so the Creamole cream can work directly on the affected area.

The easiest way is to hold the area between two fingers.

For warts, the top layers of skin should be carefully removed.

Abrade the area with the included skin file and/or scrape the area with the sterile lancet (for warts) to improve cream absorption.

🔸 Please note:

  • Only abrade the affected area, not the surrounding skin.
  • If bleeding occurs while abrading or scraping, wait until the bleeding has completely stopped before applying the cream.

3.1 Open the cream & stir it.

Open the Creamole jar and stir the cream thoroughly with the included applicator before use.

If the cream has dried out a little over time, its original consistency can easily be restored:

Add one or two drops of water with the applicator and stir until the cream regains its creamy, milky texture.

Apply 3.2 cream

Use the applicator provided to apply a thin layer of Creamole cream directly to the affected area. The area should be completely and evenly covered.

⚠️ Make sure the cream does not come into contact with the surrounding skin. If any cream gets on the surrounding skin, carefully wipe it off with a cotton swab or similar and rinse the area with water immediately.

Close the cream jar carefully afterward to preserve the quality of the cream.

Leave the cream on for 3.3 minutes

Apply the Creamole cream evenly to the prepared area of skin and leave it on for about 20 minutes.

During this time, you may experience moderate to severe burning, which usually lasts 5–10 minutes—this is a normal effect and shows that the cream is working.

Gradually, the treated area may darken (often turning brownish to black) and change in shape—typical signs that the drying process is beginning.

After the application time:
Soak the dried cream with water for about 10 seconds, then gently wipe it off (e.g., with a cotton swab).

Slight redness around the application area is normal and usually goes away on its own after a short time.

The cream also has an antiviral effect and reduces the risk of new moles & Co.

4. Crust formation

A dark scab forms within 24–48 hours after application - a natural part of the healing process as the mole separates.

⚠️ Please do not remove it prematurely! The scab should come off on its own so as not to interfere with the process.

Starting on the first day after application, we recommend using a natural aloe vera gel.

The scab usually comes off on its own after 1–2 weeks - for larger areas of skin, it can take up to 4 weeks.

After it falls off, the skin may initially look slightly red or pink - this is completely normal. Over time, the skin usually looks more even again.

Important: Never remove the scab prematurely. The duration and healing process may vary depending on skin type.

5. Aftercare

Once the scab has come off on its own, the skin underneath is especially sensitive. Gentle aftercare helps care for the skin as best as possible during this phase.

🌤️ Avoid direct and intense sunlight on the freshly treated area, especially during the first few days.

💧 We recommend using a high-quality vitamin E oil to nourish the skin with valuable nutrients and keep it supple. Apply a thin layer daily to care for the skin, soothe redness, and keep it soft.
